I saw a HEARSE in a HOTROD mag when I was about 12 years old.It was black with a blower, side
pipes and big tires. I thought it was the coolest car that I had ever seen and I wanted one. Then in March of 2003, twenty
nine years later, I was driving home in my 1988 Ford conversion van when I looked to my left and there it was. A Cadillac
Hearse with a big FOR SALE sign on it. The next night I was driving home again and my van just quit running at the same place
that I saw the Hearse. I talked the guy into trading straight accross. It is more fun driving
Hearsteria than any other car that I've had. I get more looks then if I was driving a
$40,000 hotrod with a naked lady on the hood. Hearsteria even caused a wreck just sitting at a stop light. There was
road construction going on and traffic had stopped except for the guy in a truck that was looking at her. Then CRUNCH. I
felt bad for the guy but OH WELL. Driving Hearsteria is cool if you like alot of attention and you can handle some people
thinking you are a little weird. I think they are beautiful works of art that have seen alot of sorrow. When they retire they
just need to get out and play.
On May 30th my son and I put on the Keyston Klassic wheeles with BFG TAs that
we bought for a whopping $160.00 Do I feel guilty.....NAAAAA..
Next it's the inside. I want to cut out the floor support and lower the floor
to stock level with a mapel floor and the install custom wrap around seating, plasma TV with a 600 watt sarround sound DVD
and a PS2. Compleating the back would be a hidden bar and a table.
